We take so much for granted and every year we pretend to celebrate our holidays by buying easter candy, halloween candy, toys for Christmas, and so on! I know two of my children understand the holidays and why we celebrate them but I guess the younger two got caught up in the merchandise instead of the holiness! Thanks for making me think about why we celebrate holidays, no matter what religion you choose! I just read your holiday in the hospital blog and wanted to cry! Before this afternoon, I\'d never heard your name. I\'m sitting at my desk and finally managed to work my way to the bottom of my in-box where I found the latest copy of REALTOR magazine. Ah-ha, catch up time! I resist flipping to the back page and seeing who is being highlighted in \"Last Word\" as it is my favorite part and I want to savor it. I enjoy how folks outside of the real estate industry relate their world to ours; it is sometimes eye-opening, sometimes humorous, sometimes frustrating, but always educational. This time it was an honest delight. So much so that I went directly to your website to find out more about you and your book. Toodled around a bit and read your blog. It made me laugh, it made me say \"amen\" and it brought tears to my eyes. It made me really glad that I opened that magazine today. So, thank you. For being real and putting it out there.
